Since my internship in Anatomic Pathology, I have specialized in Neuropathology and Neuroscience. I am currently practicing neuropathology in the Pathology Department of the University Hospital of Bordeaux alongside my research activities in the Institute of Neurodegenerative Diseases in the team "Physiopathology of Parkinsonian Syndromes" (CNRS-UMR 5293). Our department has been a member of the NeuroCEB network for many years. We are convinced that research on the human brain is essential for a better understanding of the pathophysiology of neurodegenerative diseases and and for a better management of patients, both in terms of diagnosis and therapy.
